The best thing about this Retreat Location is the Exclusive, Private, Location. You will be treated like family. This is a perfect location for beautiful celebrations, showers, weddings and more. We work with you at every step- before, during, and after- to help make your vision a reality with the highest level of quality and service. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what really matters. Before you arrive, the space will be prepped , sanitized, and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep/host will check you in, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you have questions regarding appliances, decor, furniture, or any other requests that might come up. It is the guest’s responsibility to restore the layout of the space during your booking and “tear-down” time must be included in the time reserved for the booking. Additional areas available for rent can be used for Hair and Makeup. For bigger groups, additional fees may apply. Ask us, we will be more than happy to help! Event insurance/COI and/or Deposit is mandatory for all productions, offsite meetings and events. DEPOSITS ARE RETURNED AFTER THE EVENT HAS SUCCESSFULLY ENDED TIMELY AND ALL GUESTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM BOTH THE PROPERTY AND NEIGHBORHOOD. ** Prices shown in this listing are our minimum before qualifying your reservation. Additional fees may apply once we have a full understanding of your project such as total number of attendees, additional services, and start and end of your reservation. There is a 5% discount for 8hrs and up.
