Original 60's mid century modern farmhouse architecture that is great for video shoots, photo shoots, and production holding. Dining space opens completely to a spacious outdoor space and a retro pool. With film-production in mind, the attached garage has been converted into a glam room with a proper salon chair, makeup mirror with lights, and tons of space for wardrobe or talent holding. 3 bedrooms. The master and 2nd bedroom is furnished with organic minimalistic design, 3rd room can be used as a wardrobe room, or production office. Listed rates are variable, and can go up or down depending on the following factors: - Crew size - Motion vs. Still. - Quality of portfolio and experience.
