Add the option to use the wardrobe onto your booking fee. – Dark bedroom with ornate golden mirror, florals, and candles – Modern bedroom has a contemporary look with a cute mini-fridge in which you can keep refreshments for your clients. – Two full bathrooms – Main area with a century-old baby grand piano and lots of open, white space. DOWNSTAIRS – Master Bed / Bath (add-on) – Living room with white leather seating – Kitchen and dining room – Guest bathroom – Covered outdoor patio, pool, and poolside seating area – Record Room (entry area) with Mario Bellini-style sofa and Wassily chair – Two offices (add-ons) Master Bedroom has white walls, white bedding, large South-facing windows, large Anthropologie mirror, and Tiipi swing. Master Bath has a huge shower, and the tub is perfect for milk bath sessions! SMART HOME / LIGHTS We have full-spectrum colored LED lights throughout the house in the master bed and bath, kitchen, living room and upstairs main room. You can adjust the brightness and make them any color. *MINI-SESSIONS / ADDITIONAL PRICING INFO If you are doing mini sessions, you don't need to account for the total number of people for the hourly rate.
