Our newly renovated, 1,100 square foot open dance studio is well lit for activities of all types, and, has an additional 400 square feet of private garden space for when you're ready to step outside without a crowd. Located right above the express A and D subway lines, and, the local B and C subway lines located within 100 feet from the front of the studio, meet friends, clients, patrons and many more right above their next subway stop. Located in the pristine Hamilton Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, the location offers a tree-lined, well spaced, clean environment, ready for you to enjoy New York City without feeling overcrowded. Take a short walk to green parks and great local fare when it's time to step out, or, have what you need catered in. The Studio, finished with coat storage, a waiting area, two private bathrooms, and a lot of light, accommodate a wide range of uses and needs. You and guests can enjoy the free Wifi! Additional tables, chairs, and various other accommodations are available for additional charge. If you anticipate regular classes or events and do not wish to transport equipment, no worries, additional storage options are available as well. Lounge outside within the garden, enjoying a meal or beverages with loved ones and friends. Shoot your next photo shoot. Film your next class. Display your next piece of art. Teach your next class, while students are well spaced inside, or streaming you from afar while you have all the space you need to display your moves. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings. There is plenty of space to social distance as well as the opportunity to conduct your business in our private back yard. All safety precautions are taken.
