Newly built 5000 sq. ft rental space east of downtown Los Angeles. Our boutique studio boasts beautiful tall ceilings with skylights and is perfect for any type of filming production or events. The space includes a large pre-lit three wall cyclorama in a large multi function space. This versatile space can be easily transformed into whatever you envision! Facility: -2 kitchenette with sinks -4 restrooms -a work/office conference room -hair/makeup area -dressing room and lounge - 2 large counter tables with 6 chairs each The Studio -has a large 3 wall Cyclorama with a large production space that includes a kitchenette, two makeup/hair stations, two bathroom and conference/countertop seating space. The Lounge - preproduction/green/lounge room with kitchenette, private changing room and bathroom. The wall between this space and main studio does not go all the way to ceiling. The office/conference room - has the other counter top table and a window that looks into the studio.It also has a mounted TV and white board, a restroom and its own door out to the hall. Contact us for new lists, our inventory is always expanding. Some are already in the add-ons bellow. MORE EQUIPMENT - We have a partnership with an equipment rental company located on our lot. They will prepare your equipment before hand and we will take care of transporting it. They will wave delivery fee and give a discount price to our clients in our studio. --- This is a separate company with their own requirements and paper work but they are conveniently in the same building and have experience with our space. MUST HAVE INSURANCE OR REFUNDED SECURITY DEPOSIT (deposit only allowed for smaller shoots under 6 people) All bookings must have cleaning fee and AC/Heat Add-On when weather forecast requires it, at managers discretion based on weather predictions . EVENINGS AFTER 8PM- We are currently allowing evening booking after 8pm but require add on security guard. Security guard has a minimum of 5 hours to pay whether you use for more or less time. Studio managing staff will not be on site after 8PM only our security guard. OVERTIME - Is allowed if available with request 2 hours or more prior to booking end time. Overtime is currently not allow after 8pm. All cast and crew must be out of building by 8pm unless booked ahead of time with security guard add-on. Studio managers are required to finish their tasks and lock all doors to studio and building by 8:15pm sharp.
