A reservation for this space includes an open area and five executive, vintage-styled offices. Step into a timeless setting that blends the charm of historic MiMo (Miami Modern) design with furnishings spanning mid-century modern and contemporary aesthetics. Most offices include exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. The space retains many original MiMo features, including exquisite mahogany doors and panels, brass lighting accents, and period furniture, preserving its vintage character while offering a versatile backdrop. This retro-inspired office space is perfect for meetings, visual productions, photoshoots, or creative projects, providing an intimate atmosphere that captures the essence of a bygone era The space also has limited elevator access so meetings are not accidentally interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. A 4 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. We prefer 4 hours reservations to begin at 9am or at 2pm. We will consider 2 hours reservations on weekdays starting after 8:30am and ending by 11:30am with 5 or less guests. Please message us regarding availability. Please note art appearing in photos may be different than that of actual art in the space. The space is used to exhibit art and is curated regularly with different works. No music video production is permitted.

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include: Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant and electrostatic cleaning. Providing hand sanitizer at entry and meeting rooms. Providing hand soap at all sinks. Asking our guests to help sanitize common surfaces that they have used with sanitizing wipes when applicable. Rotating rooms between reservations so rooms can be left vacant for several hours and then cleaned thoroughly. We have also installed Nanoseptic self-cleaning materials on door knobs/levers, restroom push plates, elevator buttons.
