Green Room can be made into private area for celebrity client or changing room, but has workstation areas, multiple seating options, and Roku 4K TV. Conference Room has large 4k Tv mounted in Ceiling that drops down for presentations and can be accessed wirelessly through an 4k Apple TV, there are 6 chairs in the conference room but more can be added upon request. It is attached to the kitchen area for easy access to catering, snacks, drinks, water, coffee, etc. It can be closed off from the rest of the studio by its rolling barn door for privacy if needed. Wifi throughout complex, 3 tables, 6 chairs, 4 large trash cans, and 2 rolling couches, rolling make-up mirror, Hand Sanitizer stations come with rental to use in flex space areas if more are need they can be rented Lighting Equipment, Grip Equipment, Camera rental, Sound Equipment for Still and Video from the world's top brands can be rented on site or can be sub rented through the venue. Crew, PA's, Camera AC's, Grips, Sound Techs, Photo Assistants, DIT's, Digi Techs, Hair and Make- up, etc available upon request.
