This townhome has everything you need for your next event! The townhome is 3 stories plus a rooftop and includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an expansive open concept dining room and living room. Every room offers immense natural lighting from the floor to ceiling windows throughout the home. The first floor includes an oversized garage and one bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. This floor is perfect for staging equipment in the garage and for those who need privacy perhaps during a photoshoot. The second floor includes the kitchen, dining/living room and a half bath.
