Number one rule is to remember that this is our home - we live here full-time. Please treat it as if it were your own home. Ram board (not craft paper) is required throughout the house where there’s heavy foot traffic, and underneath all boxes and equipment Only blue painter’s tape allowed (no black tape); floors are easily scratched and must be protected No sliding of boxes or wheeled equipment on unprotected floors - must have blankets, mats, ramboard underneath and cannot store gear on furniture. If your crew exceeds 20 people, you will be required to hire professional mat men for proper floor protection Crews under 20 we request no shoes or booties in the home Tennis balls required on the ends of all metal stands You receive 2 driveway spots, plus 3–5 street parking spots on our side of the street All other crew vehicles must disperse throughout the neighborhood (parking map available on request) Driveway cars must not leak oil; no dual-axle vehicles or metal loading gates in driveway You are required to haul out all trash at the end of the shoot - we do not have dumpsters available Film permit is required for groups larger than 5 or if filming outdoors Master bedroom available for an additional fee: $300; Nursery available for additional fee: $300 Our light beige couch and dining chairs can be used for filming but should not be used for crews to sit, eat, mingle. All crew food consumption should happen outdoors unless weather is not permitting. BBQ use must be followed by immediate cleaning, or a $150 cleaning fee will apply Shoots ending after 7PM are subject to 1.5x hourly rate Weekend shoots subject to additional fees.
