Daylight (5500k) constant light available for a boost of light. No other lighting equip is provided, but you may bring your own. Studio is on the first floor. We use multiple sites and have a limited amount of bookings each week, which means the calendar is not synched. Please message to check dates / availability. weekEND pricing is higher than weekday pricing. Rate for overstaying allotted time is 1.5x hourly booking rate, billed in 30 min increments. (EX: If you over stay by 7 mins, you will be billed for half hour.)(if you overstay by 33 mins, you will be billed for ONE HOUR of overtime, at the 1.5 hourly rate.) Although there is minimal sound from our neighbors, we are NOT 100% soundproof. There's additional fees for leaving the studio messy, dirty, or disorderly. Fees occur for any broken or damaged props, furniture, floor, walls, fixtures, equipment - ANY studio damage. PUT ALL PROPS BACK EXACTLY where you got them from to avoid a studio reset fee of $50. - No smoking, vaping, tobacco products permitted. No candles, flames, or smoke machines. No smoking or vaping within 25 feet of the studio entrance. - No food, drinks, no coffees. NO GLITTER!, no pets, no guns, firearms or weapons of any kind. - Light filtering pull down shades to help diffuse harsh light on windows + curtain sheers. *Failure to follow studio guidelines and rules may result in being banned from using our studios, and/or additional fees.
