The Location: My studio is a holistic creative retreat in the heart of the vibrant Sterling Rd community opposite The Museum Of Contemporary Art (MOCA). A stones throw from the UP Express Bloor Station, both Pierson International Airport, Toronto City Airport and Union Station are a straight shot in under 30 minutes. The Space: Toronto Creative and Music Production Studio with a world class acoustic environment. Formed with sustainable building techniques. We're a safe, accessible and inclusive space. Tall windows allows tons of natural light into this creative loft space. Perfect for shoots, talks and offsite meetings as well as intimate showcases, listening parties and events. There is a sink and surface area for catering. Bathroom access is inside the building. There is a great sounding vinyl player, stereo amplifier (with aux) and speakers; though please respect the neighbors (especially during regular office hours). The furniture pictured is included in the hire (excluding the Dj equipment). Additional equipment can be provided on request. Plenty of storage for any cases or equipment means no clutter. This also allows the furniture configuration to be altered (on request). For events where alcohol is to be served there is an additional $55 charge for an S.O.P (or to be arranged by client before confirmation).
