Ceilings are 10 feet tall with exposed brick walls and large 9-foot windows, providing ample natural light. The unit is located on the 7th floor. There is an loading zone and standard passenger elevator access in front (no freight elevator). The building is located near great bars and restaurants in historic downtown. The Arts District is located one mile away. *Parking Early Bird Rate (Entering between 5am-9am -- Must exit by 7pm) $15 per vehicle.
