Hip Coffee Shop W/ Patio For Events

A cute and cozy coffee shop and vintage store with aesthetic neutral and wood tones and a slight rustic/found objects vibe. We have very large unobstructed east and south facing windows, which brings in a lot of natural light. A beautiful covered patio to the east of the building gets lots of sun in the daytime and provides lots of privacy with overgrown greenery and beautiful brick. POWER We have several power outlets around the space for your needs. Our patio has access to one power outlet outside, but extension cords can be provided if more power is needed outside. NOISE We can provide a great sound system for inside and outisde, you can connect via bluetooth or plug in through 3.5 mm headphone jack (we have adaptors for iphones, laptops, etc.) Excessive noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. Patio use must end at 11pm to follow noise bylaws. AMENITIES: Wifi Air Conditioning / Heating Fridges Storage 2 Gender Neutral Bathrooms Large Patio with some privacy Sound system Ice machine Glassware and Dish ware available ACCESSIBILITY Our space is ground level and accessible, with lots of room for mobility devices to move freely. Our bathrooms however are one step lower than the rest of the building. OVERTIME If the Client has overrun the times of arranged rental period and continues to occupy premises without pre-arranged authorization or payment an additional usage fee will be charged at the one-and-a-half times hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Space must be vacated, all outside items brought into space must be removed by the end of the booking. A staff member will be there to deal with garbage and general clean up at the end of your event. Guest should always account for at least 30 min set-up and set-down time. FURNITURE Patio furniture available includes 3 benches, 2 picnic tables, 8 folding chairs. Additional seating can be rented at an extra fee from our neighbours Alligator Party Rentals. Please notify in advance if you require any additional furniture. MISCELLANEOUS No smoking allowed on the patio or within the building. No glitter or confetti. No open flames. No cooking. ALCOHOL The client agrees not to serve any Liquor through the duration of the event unless an SOP has been obtained through the AGCO CATERING We can provide catering and also welcome outside sources during the rental. BOOKING Maximum capacity indoors is 30 people. Maximum capacity outdoors is 40 people. The space is available from 4pm - 11pm.
