Desert Oasis with Vintage trailers

Our privately owned 2.5 acre property is surrounded by panoramic views of the vast western Mojave desert. Located 1 hour west of Las Vegas, and 1.5 hr from Death Valley. We have 4 spaciously situated + themed retro travel trailers, a school bus 'Ziggy Starbus' with a round bed, and a cool boat with a deck/dock/stage, the Knottie Girl! The themes of the trailers are Gem Stoned- crystals (‘67 Shasta) Daisy Jane - dolls (‘75 Road Ranger) Sahara - Egyptian (‘69 Boles Aero) and Izakaya - Japanese dive bar (‘70 Prowler) All are uniquely decorated and comfortably furnished with colorful bedding. Set at the front of the property is a 384 sq foot covered patio with retro breeze block-inspired metal panels in a pink bubble design. This area has movable furniture including dining tables with chairs for 20 and a sofa. There is an outdoor bar/kitchen, an outdoor shower made out of colorful sake bottles, and a pink porta potty with hand washing station! Events over 30 guests will require a 2nd potty ($200) The property is off-grid, no electricity or water. We are closed during the months of July/August and Dec-Feb. The weather is much cooler at night here which makes it very desirable in early summer nights and the fall. The interiors of the trailers are lit by battery operated string lights, and the exterior glows neon with colorful solar lights everywhere, which illuminate each trailer and the patio structures. We do not have WiFi, but phones and internet access work fine here. We offer the space to accommodate parties upwards of 100 people. We are in an unincorporated part of Inyo County CA and other neighbors in a 5 mile radius include earth homes, a farm, and a burning man built Russian steam sauna that looks like a cracked open amethyst inside. We are 25 min from the town of Tecopa, it’s natural hotspring and hot spring resorts, a date farm oasis with a gorgeous palm grove and waterfall hike, breweries, winery and rum distillery. We have a relationship with a Las Vegas charter bus company for groups up to 56 per bus. We offer a catering partner for buffet style meals, as well as easy access to rentals, food trucks, bartenders, florists and more.
