Mojave Desert Vintage Trailer Property

Our privately owned 2.5 property is surrounded by the gorgeous views of the western Mojave desert. 1 hour west of Las Vegas, we are also 1.5 hours from Death Valley. There are 4 spaciously situated + themed retro travel trailers as well as a sweet boat with a deck/dock/stage! The 4 trailer themes are Gem Stoned (‘67 Shasta), Dolls (‘75 Road Ranger), Sahara (‘69 Boles Aero) and Mojave (‘93 RV). They each have stylish and unique decor and bedding. Set at the front of the property is a mid-century style 384 sq foot covered patio with vintage breeze block-inspired metal panels in a pink champagne bubbles design! This open area has a modular/movable dining table with 10 chairs, gorgeous sofa, and small bar. Adjacent is an outdoor bar/kitchen, an outdoor shower made out of colorful sake bottles, and a pink porta potty with a foot pump hand wash station! There is a central firepit, multiple bistro table seating and many lounge chairs. The property is off-grid. No electricity or water. We will not be running during the month of August. The weather is much cooler at night here which makes it very desirable in early summer nights and the fall. The interiors of the trailers are lit by battery operated string lights, and the exterior glows neon with colorful solar lights. They illuminate each trailer and the patio structure beautifully! We do not have WiFi, but phones and internet access work fine here. We are a huge hit with photographers thus far whom have created incredible images for Elopements, boudoir, and fashion photography. We have enough space to accommodate dinners or parties upwards of 100 people. We are in an unincorporated part of Inyo County and only other neighbors in a 5 mile radius are earth homes, a farm, and even an incredible burning man built Russian steam sauna that looks like a cracked open amethyst inside (available for steam ceremonies thru their site) We are 25 minutes to the town of Tecopa where this is an easy to find natural hot spring, an oasis date farm with waterfall hike, and a few good restaurants. Pahrump is 25 minutes the other way with all the conveniences of a larger city including Walmart and Home Depot. We also own 2.5 acres of private empty, cleared land 1 mile from this property. It is listed as well.
