Shoot as is, or tweak and move things around to fit your taste. WE DO NOT CHARGE to clean. The site rep fee could increase based off number of people / productions over 12 hours. - We have 4 skylights on our property, we generally have them covered 100% of the time. However, due to Mother Nature we cannot control when or if they will be blown off. Please bring flags and other production equipment to block light from the inside as we do not have roof access through our unit and cannot guarantee access to the roof. - We have large front doors made of glass that filters in a lot of light. If you need those doors covered, please bring what you need to cover them as we do not have anything for production on hand. -We are located in a warehouse. We do NOT have central heating. Please bring what you need to keep warm during fall / winter months. - WE DO NOT HAVE ANY LIGHTING EQUIPMENT ON SITE TO USE OR RENT. Please bring what you need. - Our practicals DO NOT come with light bulbs, please bring what you need. - WE DO NOT HAVE WIFI. I know what the system says, it is a glitch. - we have recently changed our gold carpet to brown as of 6/19/24 and haven’t updated photos. We will not be giving a refund if you choose to still book our location. - as of 8/8/25 there will be a minimum $100 change request fee. Once your booking has been accepted we will charge a minimum $100 to change it to a different day and /or time. Requesting to book means you understand this policy. Peerspace Keyword: Trending

Our property is fully disinfected after each booking. We only allow groups of 15 people or less until Covid-19 has surpassed and we feel it is safe for more people to be on premise.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
