TWO-HOUR MINIMUM: Please note that this room has a minimum booking requirement of two consecutive hours. Bookings that don't meet this requirement are subject to cancellation or modification at host discretion. PRODUCTION USE: Use of the space for production of photography, video, film, podcast, or other recorded media must be disclosed and approved at least seven (7) days in advance and may be subject to additional costs and requirements, such as proof of insurance and a supplemental agreement. OTHER RESTRICTIONS: Parties and other celebratory events are strictly prohibited. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted in the meeting room without advance approval by management.
