As a residential space full time, the space includes a full washroom, kitchen, a bedroom, a fully functioning entertainment section and an ever-changing array of mid-century and vintage furniture. While many of these items are included in the rental, we do have specialty items (including several iconic vintage chairs) available to add onto your booking. • Colored + Map backdrops and basic lighting equipment (2 Light towers, 6 LED light bars + adjustable stands) are available upon advance request. • The Bedroom in the space doubles as a photography space for use with our backdrops upon advance request. If not specified, the room will be setup as a bedroom. • The space is Bluetooth / Chromecast / Wifi Equipped. • This is a hard loft, and is subject to imperfections.
