Our Blackout room has a large live performance stage, 30’ x 12’, with a complete back line. It has optional video wall background, lighting, sound reinforcement and professional 4K video equipment already in place for shoot! The stage can also be used for trainings, podcasts, talk shows, remote town halls etc. Deco and lighting is customizable to your project needs. We have a green room too that can also be used for acoustic session recordings, photo shoots, or as a lounge area. It can also be used for podcasts, talk shows or performance. We have a dressing room, and a make up room just before you get on stage. Installed is professional sound system featuring top industry digital boards, IEM’s, video equipment and fast internet for your live streams. There is a control room for your Audio Engineer and Video Director. Talking of air, we have air filtration units utilizing Bio-HEPA technology in all the rooms, the main blackout room with the performance stage also has a negative Air Pressure System installed having a dual filtration method forcing air through a HEPA filter and by UV light, ensuring clean and safe air with at least 15air changes every hour!
