We turned this former 1980s commercial space with signature cantilevered sawtooth windows into a creative live/work space with terrazzo floors, original concrete ceiling, modern Italian appliances, and high-end fixtures throughout. Bright and spacious with a vintage Scandinavian fireplace and dramatic open staircase to the raised kitchen and dining room, the 2,750 square foot residential floors are perfect for interior shoots, model shoots, magazine shoots, lifestyle shoots, influencer shoots, filmed interviews, small video shoots, and more. An additional 1,500 square feet of unfinished basement space can be used to store equipment during shoots safely. The main area includes a living room and dining space. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. Upscale minimalist bathrooms can also be used for lifestyle shots. Use of the roof deck or lighting the fireplace is extra. The parking pad in the back can fit up to two cars, and there's lots of free parking surrounding the building. We can't wait to host your next creative project!
