The space offers a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with high-definition TV. One bedroom is set up so you can relax on one of two heated massage chairs while immersed in candlelight. A second bedroom is simply but elegantly decorated and equipped with a high-resolution TV. The master bedroom is a chic adult playground with different toys available that can decorate or entertain. An open basement equipped with projector, screen, tables, chairs, and sound system with access to the back yard. There are full bathrooms in the basement and top floor and a half bath on the main level. Comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate more with proper arrangements. The house is minutes from DC, Virginia, and the National Harbor. Grocery stores, restaurants, and local shopping are just around the corner. Enjoy the benefits of being in the city without the headache.

The townhome is cleaned regularly by a professional cleaning service with more frequent cleaning after a booking. The house has a HEPA Air filter system that cleans up to 3000 sq feet which covers the entire house with doors open however is portable and can be moved to a more concentrated area if necessary. An additional air purifier can be provided if needed.
