A bright 900sf day light studio space in Chinatown with large natural light North facing windows. The studio is ideal for small to medium photo and video shoots (not soundproof) location on the 3rd floor. The shooting area is approx. 30 x 24 feet with 11.5ft high ceiling, additional area for make-up and styling. Washrooms and a community shared kitchen are down the hallway. Parkade on 5,6,7 level. Includes grip and v-flats. Lighting and seamless backdrops available for rent, see below. The studio is located on the 3rd floor and requires access via elevators. There is no loading bay and is not suitable for large equipment items / sets as access is through regular size doors. Parking is on the 5-7 level (8am - 7pm) , you can take the elevator directly to the 3rd floor. Please don't hold the elevators open. If you have a large amount of equipment, product, racks.... please take multiple trips and avoid holding up the elevators.
