This aqua marine pool has a 5 Ft. x 5 Ft. shallow tanning ledge with a place for an umbrella. The shallow end is 3 ft. 5" and has a gradual depth of 8.5" Ft. There are sitting benches at each corner of the pool. Around the perimeter of the pool is a large deck with 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers. There is a large pergola that connects to the pool area with a mid century dining table as well as a vintage style lounge area seating for six. A fan, electrical outlet, air pump, electric grill, mini- fridge, bathroom and speakers are included. Ping Pong, Darts & Corn Hole upon request. Aux Cord Speaker System, Electric Grill, Hammock, Large Fenced Backyard for games, air pump. VINTAGE TRAILER USE- Deck is available for seating with 3 large chairs. Inside trailer use IS LIMITED TO sitting and lounging. There is no plumbing, cooking, or bathroom use. RETRO POOL HOUSE FULL AMENITIES Our RETRO POOL HOUSE is a super fun room equipped with an old diner booth, vintage shuffle board, pool table, bar table, games, lounge area, and a 70" T.V. Bathroom, speaker system, aux cord, mini-refrigerator included. There is seating for 17. This is an amazing space for PHOTO SHOOTS. Bathroom located in Pool House/Game Room and has a vanity sink area and toilet. Please keep in mind that this property is out in the country. There is a rustic element to this property. We have beautiful mature elm and oak trees shading the backyard and it is rare that the pool is without a few leaves. We have critters out here so if you are looking for something super pristine, just remember we are not in the city. : )
