The cottage is newly built in 2019. The home features an open floorplan on the main level with a beautiful kitchen and large great room that looks out to the lake. The natural light available in any room in this home is amazing. The master bathroom features an oversized clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. The window next to the clawfoot tub allows for lake views in the background of the photos as well. Enjoy our beach, dock and 180 degrees of shoreline for your photoshoot! We are very experienced in the location production industry. We have had corporate photoshoots here for everything from footwear company And1, to baby products, rug and furniture companies, Peloton, Bubba Burger, NASCAR personality interviews, Amazon Packaging companies etc. We are very versed in the production location space and what is needed for your use. We also rent luxury pontoon boats throughout the summer. Ask upon booking about our available pontoons during your shoot. * We do not rent the location for any kind of music video type of production out of respect for the neighbors (regardless if the music video is being filmed entirely indoors).
