Art Gallery in EastEnd IBIZ District

Art gallery and art studio/private practice located in central east Austin. Peaceful setting for small meetings or gatherings. There are three rooms- reception, and two studios with doors connecting the spaces. There is ample light, curtains for privacy (they do allow light above the curtains). Gallery lights are zoomable and adjustable. Small kitchenette: mini fridge, sink, counter, coffee pot & dispenser, wine ice bucket & mixer, yeti cooler, water filter pitcher, electric kettle ADA unisex restroom. Furniture: 10 stacking chairs, 2 velvet upholstered side chairs, small love seat, larger sofa, chaise, four upholstered side chairs, pouf chair, two wooden folding card tables, one 7' wooden table, easel. Furniture can be moved but needs to be returned & in same condition. Small area in parking lot can be reserved to extend flow of guests. Tent available upon request: guest set up and take down, or set up/take down by owner for fee. Parking lot is for residents & they will tow. Street parking only, currently unmetered. Stereo with speakers in two of three rooms, wifi/bluetooth. Projector available upon request. Art work rotates for exhibitions & is for sale. Art work not to be handled or moved by guests.
