Our lovely rooftop has 360 views of the NoMa and Union Market skylines. Access to the gas fire pit for an extra fee. The edges of the roof are surrounded by an edible garden with fruit trees and veggies (keep in mind this will be much more bare in the winter). A (8x8) private cabana provide shelter from the heat and rain. There is a dining table with seating for 8 and lounge chairs for additional seating. We have hosted everything from photoshoots/music videos to small gatherings around the fire pit, yoga sessions, hookah, brunches, birthday parties, proposals and wedding parties. Ask about kitchen access or access to the air bnb apartment below, must be reserved well in advance for the weekends. So if the event takes 2 hours but the set up and take down time is 30 minutes each, you should allow for a 3 hour booking. We can only have a total of 8 guests per booking, the total number of guests included in your booking should include anyone setting up, photographer as well as the guests attending the event. The spiral staircase is pretty narrow so we don't recommend trying to bring too many large items up and down the stairs. The entrance to the roof is around the back of the house through the alley. We can no longer host music video shoots, unfortunately it is too disruptive to our other guests

We clean and disinfect the space between each use. The space is entirely outdoors so there is no need to worry about air flow.
