Colorful & Maximal Designer's pink Home with gorgeous yard

Owned and operated by the designer of the Trixie Motel. Our Highland Park home is bursting with color, light, and beautiful design details. Dani the owner is a well known artist and fashion/interior designer, this space is truly a creative haven. Please check all our rules before booking! We are very strict with them and do enforce. The exterior of our home is a beautiful pink with green accents. Hand painted tiles, wallpapered ceilings, and statement light fixtures are just a few of the dreamy design details. Not a detail is spared and this space is full of top-quality designer furniture. We have a colorful living room with fireplace, dining room, airy kitchen, a den featuring an all-green conversation pit set up, retro office/art studio, fully wallpapered bedroom, pink checkered bathroom, and detached studio with hand painted mural wrapping the room. Our home boosts a ton of beautiful outdoor spaces with more tile and colorful detail. Front yard had gigantic cactus and agave plants, backyard is full of beautiful fruit trees, and we have multiple patios and gorgeous outdoor furniture all over. We also have a high quality turf lawn, pink cowboy pool, and photogenic vinyl-leather Hot tub in our backyard. Please note the yard will be packed up and likely not useable in case of rain. Please note this location is also a rental property, so availability is based on when it's rented or not. Inquire to see if it's free, we're always down to be flexible with dates when we can. We don’t hold dates for inquiries and we have a lot of inbound requests, so I recommend booking as soon as you can. Wecan occasionally accommodate walkthroughs if it works with our schedule at our hourly rate paid in 30 mins intervals. Again, please read all of our rules carefully before booking, this is our home so we have very strict rules and standards. We do have price breaks based on crew sizes. We count crew size day of the shoot so be sure to have an accurate count submitted to us or we will ask the additional people to leave or charge more. Crew size is counted by amount of people on property, not just inside the house. There are no crew "swap outs" allowed. The amount of people that enter the property at any point during the shoot count as a crew member, even if they leave. All changes and cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy under any and all circumstances, so please check that before booking. Please note that we occasionally change out and swap furniture in this space. While it will more or less the same, please note it may not be identical to photos. If you have something in particular furniture wise you need for a shoot please ask before booking! Overtime is subject to 1 1/2 times the hourly rate extra charge. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minuet your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals. When your final walkthrough starts is when the time of the shoot ends.
