Our "Bohemian style Tropical Bali Home" will 'wow' you and inspire you everywhere you look. We’ve personally designed much of the space’s furniture and gathered other one-of-a-kind objects. Our decor is a soft balance of 'Balinese jungle' with a Bohemian modernity, and many of our guests remark that shooting here is like being in another dimension. The space is 'Perfect' for all sized productions. Easy access onsite parking at your convenience on location which makes moving equipment a breeze. OVERTIME - If your production runs over, we do offer overtime at x1.5 THE ORIGINAL HOURLY RATE for projects with an original booking request of 2 hours or more. • Features Available as a ‘Add-On’ (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): EXTRA SPACES NOT INCLUDED. Main space includes: Living Room and Dining Area, Second Living Area, Bedroom, Kitchen, Restroom, and Hallway. Beside our Main “Boho” Space, our "Boho Bedroom"space as well as our "Tree House" floor (which includes three extra rooms) space can be added to your booking UPON REQUEST (through the Add-Ons Section), depending on availability, for a FLAT RATE and with a 3-HOUR BOOKING MINIMUM. Please see our "Add-Ons" section. • Creative and Healing Industry; Below is a list of our Extra Add On's: Upon request and at a discounted rate, a photographer can be provided to you with your booking. Together with Photography, Multi-Imagery, Sound, and Videography are all part of our passions along with some amazing editing! We can provide all of this to you as an added feature. Musicians, models, as well as massage therapist(s) can also be provided with your booking! Musician for your event. Live Entertainment singer and guitar player from Australia. Ask for his information upon your request. Models for your Brand! If you had a cancellation and need a model with a flexible schedule we can usually accommodate. Ask for models profile in your request. Planning an Event: We offer chair massages to your guests and also if you are proposing or using our space for a romantic gesture, spa parties, or birthdays we can provide table massage with Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist. Catering also available! If you are planning on ONLY using the extra ‘Add-On’ spaces, a 25% discount will be applied to your overall booking. If you have a lot of equipment, feel free to pull up to the front entrance first for unloading. Or you can also book our closed indoor garage reserved parking space (one allocated space).
