Our studio is over 2,500 square feet with 18' ceilings, a full kitchen, dressing & make-up room, conference room with AV capabilities, drive-up loading door and truck-hight loading dock. Installed audio system, furnished client area and complimentary Wifi are just a few of the included conveniences you'll find here. For photo and video shoots, space can be broken into three bays or left as one giant open room. We pride ourselves on exceptional, friendly, and approachable service. The studio has been home to a number of prestigious guests for photo shoots, pop-up stores, and special events. Our clients include Nordstrom, Filson, InCase, Julep Cosmetics, Brooks Running Shoes, Amazon, and many, many more. Our prime location in Seattle's lower Queen Anne neighborhood is walking distance from the Seattle Waterfront, Key Arena, Seattle Center, parks, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, and local nightlife. Our on-site concierge and chef can prepare exceptional breakfast and lunch settings for your photo shoots and meetings, starting as low as $15 per person. We also have relationships with outside catering companies who can provide elaborate food for special events. Please inquire after making your booking about onsite craft services. We have additional grip and production packages available for rent upon request. We can source additional resources through our rental partners including AV services, folding chairs, and banquet equipment. (Additional equipment rental charges apply) Up to 5 parking spaces are available for $15 per spot at the rear of our building. We can also supply professional photography equipment and lighting, a digital tech station, craft services/catering, and production staffing through our in-house team.

Each reservation is disinfected and properly sanitized prior to the guest start time. To ensure we provide this service for each of our reservations, a $150 cleaning fee will be billed to each reservation.
