Mid Century Modern Home in East Dallas with Lush Backyard & Pool

Welcome to our East Dallas 1960s Mid Century Modern home. Fully renovated in 2020, we've added our own touches while trying to keep some of the look and feel of the era. There are 2 usable bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom is my office where I will remain while anyone is on premise (I work from home). The guest bedroom has a Floyd Platform bed, matching nightstands, and art / photography on the wall. There's also a Peloton in the room which can be moved by request. The master bedroom has a king size bed, lounge area with Eames chair, and a fully renovated master bath with shower and standalone tub. Our kitchen / living room space is a completely open floor plan which provides for plenty of opportunities to set up shots of different formats. The backyard and pool are usable as well, although anything involving swimming is by special request only. We have 2 seating areas - one on our deck which is furnished with a large wrap around sectional and a fire pit. The deck is covered with a shade sail which has string lights with edison bulbs. The 2nd area has 2 chairs, a sectional and a small table. This area is completely rigged with string lights as well. One area of our backyard is decorated with local desert plants and river rocks, while the remainder of the backyard is lush with banana trees, spider lilies, and other tropical flowers. We're located in East Dallas, just about 5 minutes away from White Rock Lake. The usable space in the house is 1,582 sq ft, but that does not include the backyard. The entire lot is 9,539 sq ft. I've personally shot multiple videos in this house for my company, so can attest to its purpose as a solid location for anything involving a trendy house or backyard. **NOTE: WE CANNOT GUARANTEE CONDITION OF FRONT / BACKYARD / POOL** Because of rapidly changing weather conditions in Texas we cannot always guarantee the condition of the yard and pool will match what is in the photos.
