Welcome to events hosted by MOTIVE. Holiday Event Dates & Staffing Notice We are currently accepting bookings for premium holiday dates. Holiday events require a 5-hour minimum with pricing starting at two-thousand: October 31st November 1st November 26th–30th Fridays–Sundays in December December 31st On certain dates (such as Halloween), our core team may be unavailable due to family obligations. In these cases, we will arrange experienced external staff, and a holiday staffing fee will be included in your quote to ensure full support. Technical Capacity Notes: - This listing is for the downstairs space only. Upstairs is a boudoir studio, but may be utilized for a custom invoice. - Photos included with this listing show POSSIBLE set ups. We do not provide table settings. The space will always look like the first photo. It is the guests responsibility to handle the decoration and book enough time to set up. Set up time is always included in the total time booked. - Total Usable Square Footage: 1686 located on the first floor - Capacity for a cocktail party with standing room only: 80 - Capacity with all seating + 4 provided 60" rounds (customer provides tableclothes & chairs): 66 - Capacity that includes all seating available (lounge style): 30 Additional Information: - 1 unisex restroom. - ADA accessible from the rear of the building. - 1 wet bar with 2 utilities sinks, medium fridge, small mini fridge, and wine fridge. - 5 hour minimum (includes load-in and out) - No early access for load-in or extended time for load-out (please plan on booking ample time) - Street parking only - 24/7 camera monitoring - Food & Drink/Alcohol may be served - Loud music (PA systems) not allowed. We do have a sound bar that may be utilized. - Guests agree to not access any other parts of the building or other spaces. - Our staff will send communication to show you where to load-in/access the building but will not aide in load-in or setup/teardown. Load-In through the front of the building only. - Guests must abide by all policies outlined and provide all contact information as well as sign a event agreement and place a valid credit card on file with our business. All events are hosted by Motive staff and Motive staff will occasionally be on site through the entire event. This event is technically a first-party event.
