With our ample space, our home is perfect for: photoshoots, interviews, and music videos Our 1,000 sq ft space is located in Elizabeth NJ. Features: - A well decorated first floor inclusive of a living room, dining, kitchen and guest bathroom. - Functional kitchen (stove not available) - Large windows - Lots of natural light -A Feature wall For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - Audio Equipment: $20 -Full back yard access with dual patios : $99 per hr There is a 10 guest maximum. Larger groups may be considered on a case by case basis and there would be an additional fee of $150 per hr added to your booking amount. We are 13 minutes away by car from Newark airport and 4 mins away from the train into NY city. The total time from the city by car or train is 3o mins Usage The space can be used for a photo shoots The space offers an amazing yard space at an additional fee of $99 per hr, lots of natural light and beautiful decor. Booking includes access to: -Open Living room and foyer located on first floor featuring mural wall, large mirror, colorful furniture and high end esthetic -a bright airy bedroom with a queen sized bed with dark moody walls -Moody navy living space located on the second floor featuring with curved sofa, blue accent cents and stylish millwork -11. foot dining table with lux velvet chairs & full bar -Open kitchen (please inquire about using kitchenware/cookware, etc print to booking) -2 modern bathroom for cast/crew use
