Larger groups may be considered on a case by case basis and there would be a additional fee of $75 per person added to your booking amount. We are 13 mins away by car from Newark airport and 4 away from the NJ transit into the city. This kitchen is not included. In the event you wish to use our kitchen space it would be at an additional rate. No cooking permitted. We have a 20 person capacity for the space. If your party consists of more than the capacity we charge an additional $100 per hr and will require the use of a porter potty. Additionally, if you reservation requires a set up and break down period please include this in the reservation window booked.
