Built in 1890 by Thomas and Josephine Buchanan this home is a magnificent example of the "Eastlake-Stick" style, with ornate front arches and period details throughout. It has been fully renovated to seamlessly blend today's modern amenities while maintaining its' classic character. Upon entering through the fabulous 10ft front doors you are greeted with a jaw-dropping sight of the grand foyer with a 24ft ceiling and a towering original staircase. The home has a wonderful, light-filled open layout with 12ft ceilings on both floors, hardwoods throughout and seven decorative fireplaces. It is expected that the beds will remain clean and made throughout the duration of the production. If any of the beds are used during the production, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning the linens. The amount of the additional fee will be determined by the owner or manager of the property.
