This versatile, warm, and welcoming space is where organic modern meets luxe glam. This intimate setting is perfect for off-site meetings, team strategy planning, seminars, focus groups, classes, and workshops. Providing a relaxing work environment, the loft encourages creativity and team building. It’s suitable for corporate professionals and creatives alike. It features a full kitchen and 2 large tables to comfortably seat 20 people, while 3 private break-out rooms accommodate group exercises and facilitate discussions. A lush, cozy seating nook decked with a full-size disco ball and a beautiful art installation provides relaxing glamour! Enjoy a catered lunch break or morning coffee using our whole kitchen. Featuring: - Fully private loft with full access to the venue and all rooms - Outdoor Rooftop (weather permitting and available from May 1st through September 30th) - High-speed WiFi (347.0 Mbps download speed / 20.6 Mbps upload speed) - 55” Samsung QLED picture frame TV with Apple TV - iPad with Premium Spotify account - 4 high-quality speakers with Bluetooth connectivity - Dry-erase whiteboard with markers - 16 folding chairs - Full kitchen with microwave and refrigerator - Available venue manager to answer any questions - 11 ft ceilings, exposed brick & hardwood floors - Central heating and Air conditioning - 2 newly renovated restrooms with toiletries provided - Elevator access The building has minimal foot traffic and is easily accessible by public transit (one block from R-W line, F-M line & NJ PATH; two blocks from 1-2 line & 4-6 line). We’re located across the street from the well-known Eataly Marketplace and just steps away from the historic Flatiron Building. *Any cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. *We do not reschedule or accept cancellations of any dates or times already booked beyond 24 hours of their initial booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. - We do not allow liquor, including beer and wine, to be served during off-site meetings, retreats, and workshops. - We do not allow for happy hours as part of the booking, but we can recommend local bars and restaurants for your team to visit after your booking. - We do not provide location scouts before accepting a booking request.

We are utilizing recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other national and local public health laws for our cleaning protocols. Accordingly, we’ve increased the strength and frequency of cleaning and sanitation of our venue. This includes the use of UV light sanitizers to disinfect and sterilize the venue after each event. We’ve also advised our staff to follow a safety protocol of regular handwashing, no face touching and minimal physical contact. Secondly, we are encouraging our staff to prioritize their health, and if they’re feeling sick, to stay home. The safety and health of our guests and staff are extremely important to us and we will do all that we can to ensure both.
