ARRIVAL Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time. If you need extra setup time, it must be included in your booking. Due to back-to-back reservations, early entry is generally not available unless reserved in advance. GUEST COUNT All guests entering the property must be included in your reservation. If additional guests attend, please update your guest count through the app before arrival. Unauthorized guests may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. PARKING • Maximum of 5 vehicles at the property. • Park only in front of our home or directly across the street. • Do NOT park in front of our neighbor's home to the right, as they are first responders and require access at all times. • Carpooling is encouraged. • If parked behind one of our vehicles in the driveway, you may be asked to move your vehicle. Additional parking is available at Fairmont Elementary School, 4315 Heathfield Dr., Pasadena, TX 77505. Guests can shuttle from there. ENTRY Please do NOT come to the front door. Enter through the gate on the right side of the house next to the garage. We will greet you at the pool area. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and help us maintain a positive relationship with the community so we can continue sharing our Tropical Paradise with guests.
