Great for outdoor events, family get togethers, children’s birthday parties, gender reveals, baby showers, private dinners, social media, photo shoots, and filming. This listing is for the backyard only! You will have FULL access to the kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is large and versatile! Plain canvas that can be styled/decorated any way you like. Let your imagination run wild! You are welcome to move things around to accommodate your event. Maximum capacity is 50 guests with ample room for a bar, caterers, tables and chairs. We have 2 6FT folding tables with 12 folding chairs that you are welcome to use at no additional cost. If more tables and chairs are required, you can rent them from an outside company and have them delivered on the day of your event. There are two power outlets and a bluetooth speaker for your convenience. PARKING You will have access to the driveway for easy loading and unloading. Street parking only for your guests. HOURS Set up and clean up must be included in the time booked. OVERTIME If you stay beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, you will be charged overtime at 1.5 X the hourly rate.
