This is a great space, approximately 200 square feet, for teaching acoustical instruments like piano and guitar and voice lessons. There is a baby grand piano which stays tuned year round. There are several chairs for seating. The piano is at one end of the room with the students being able to be sitting or standing safely at the other end. There is a bathroom at the end of the hallway and also a small counter area with refrigerator and microwave outside of the rehearsal space. Wonderful courtyard located outside, a nice area for students or clients to wait for appointments and is shared by all businesses in complex. No events take place in the courtyard with this booking. Great location next to restaurants and Trader Joe's. This studio is located directly across the hall from a music classroom.

This is a small space for only 2 people. A teacher and student. Or someone who wants to practice their instrument. There are plenty of paper towels, cleaning spray and hand sanitizer. Because there are no tables and/or objects used in the room other than piano and music stand, the only surfaces to be cleaned are the piano keys, music stand and door knob.
