Our studio is located near Lake Murray on the edge of San Diego and La Mesa. Our open floor plan makes for easy customization of the space. The white walls and gray painted floors provide a blank canvas for your intended use. You’ll have access to 1800 square feet of flex space to customize for your needs. Our ground level location makes for easy loading and convenient access. This space is conveniently surrounded by various coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Major freeways, such as I-8, SR-125, and SR-52, are close by. POPULAR USES: Meetings, Workshops, Flex Space, Construction Safety Meetings, Seminars, Photoshoots, Video Production, Interviews, Conferences, and Workspace. OVERVIEW OF THE STUDIO: The studio is designed to provide flexibility in the layout. Most of the furnishings are on wheels for easy moving. Furniture can be moved within the space and used for production purposes. Feel free to move things around as needed, but please return everything to its original location. Please remember to unplug things before moving them. A conference table with 6 padded rolling chairs provides a great place to get some work done or have a meeting. Adjacent to that is a comfy lounge with a modern couch, two sitting chairs, coffee table, and a 50” 4k TV with Apple Airplay, capable of streaming a live feed from your Apple device. The rear area of the studio is a big open space that would be great for a presentation or meeting. We have a kitchenette, with full sized fridge and microwave, filtered water dispenser and mini-fridge that are available during your rental.
