This backyard is the perfect oasis year-round with a pool, multiple large grassy areas and privacy from neighbors. Available for events day or night. This place is great for birthday parties, baby showers, barbecues, family gatherings, small weddings, music videos, filming and more. The outdoor capacity is 100 guests with room for a bar, caterers, tables and chairs and more. We have included photos for you from various past events. The backyard is large and versatile! You are welcome to move things around to accommodate your event and put all the furniture back after. There is shade all day under trees and umbrellas. There is plenty of seating throughout the backyard. You will have direct access to power outlets. If you have a larger event you may rent additional tables/chairs to be dropped off. Please clean all table tops pick up debris on the lawn and replace furniture to the original location if it has been moved around. Please leave the property as you found it. đ We are available for in-person scouts, just inquire! đ¶ DJ/Outdoor music is permitted, until 12AM!
