This space is a modern fully decorated loft style house. It is located in the valley, just a half mile from beautiful Lake Balboa. Tucked away in the back lot of a private property on a quiet street, you will be able to enjoy your event or filming project safely and privately. The house features 1200 sq ft of open space, with one full side of glass sliding doors. The house includes a brand new marble countertop kitchen, stylish half bathroom, 75 inch smart TV available for use, and outside patio area with seating. WiFi and central air are are available throughput the house. No shoes allowed on carpet. Private gated entrance to single parking spot in driveway. Driveway and Patio area can be used for equipment load in and storage during booking. EVENT TYPES: Photo Shoot | Video Shoot | Film | Production | Headshots | Portrait | Commercials | Kitchen | Cooking Production | Screening | Advertising Campaigns COLORED LED LIGHTING: All lamps in the living room are LED bulbs and can be any color scheme to match the vibe or theme of your event. GAMES: Giant Jenga is included in your rental for you and your guests to enjoy. SEATING: There are multiple areas for your guests to gather and converse with plenty of seating. Between the large sectional couch, dining room table, large bean bag, and other chairs/stools inside seats 10 plus. Outside patio area has 4 chairs at a table and 2 bar stools at a raised table. NOTE: Host is always on premises and available to answer any questions. Throughout the event, host sets up sound on sound bar, and overall makes sure the event is going smoothly.
