The following are practices put in place to help combat the spread of COVID-19: - 50% capacity in studios - No waiting in the lobby or common areas – renters will not permitted to enter facility until start of booking time. - Masks/facial coverings MUST be worn at all times in lobby or common areas - Occupants MUST maintain 6-foot distance at all times - Please alert staff if anyone has symptoms during a booking - There are to be no more than 3 occupants on Elevator at a time - Renter MUST provide Rental Manager with list of guests for each booking - Renters are responsible for wiping down any used items or supplies; cleaning supplies will be provided – please see on-site staff - All guests MUST sign a COVID Waiver upon arrival
