It is primarily a dance studio, However, we are renting it out for small intimidate events such as baby showers, birthdays, photography shoots, group meetings, dance classes, etc. Studio has 4 large mirrors along one wall, Dimmable lighting, ceiling speakers, upgraded kitchenette & bathroom. Location comes with 6 rectangle tables & 30 chairs, lounge area with couch & table, - Amenities include kitchenette bar with sink and plenty of space to store items. It has 1 bathroom, AC/ heater, security, benches, and wifi. **Please Note: When sending a booking request, please make sure your booking time includes setup and breakdown. Must book a minimum of 4 hours to a max of 8 hours.** It is located within the heart of the Lancaster BLVD, walking distance of many restaurants, bars, & movie theaters. 🧼 Our Cleaning & Sanitation Process We take pride in keeping our space spotless, fresh, and event-ready for every guest. After each booking, our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure the venue is perfectly sanitized and reset before the next event. Our process includes: • Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, handles, restrooms, etc.) • Full floor sweep, mop, and vacuum after every booking • Trash removal and replacement of liners • Freshly sanitized restrooms stocked with paper goods and soap • Air circulation and light fragrance refresh before every event • Deep cleaning and disinfecting between larger bookings or weekend events We also provide a light cleaning kit on-site (paper towels, disinfectant wipes, broom, and trash bags) for your convenience during your event. ✨ Your safety, comfort, and peace of mind are our top priorities, we make sure every guest walks into a clean, fresh, and welcoming space.
