Please bring your setups and equipment to the studio location VERY CAREFULLY without damaging building property or scratching the doors, stairs, and walls. Building management is very strict in observing this. -No shoes inside the space or your security deposit will be forfeited. -Treat as your own home. Respect the space and the neighbors. -Come on time, leave on time as a courtesy to the next guest. -Leave the space as found. Put back the furnitures and decor or you will be fined with a cleaning fee. -No confetti, glitter, or anything that is difficult to clean up -No pets are allowed -Respect the furniture and props or pay for damages -Be reasonable with noise levels -Throw the garbage in their respective bins Security Deposit *We require a security deposit payment of $500 along with a Credit Card Authorization Agreement for your booking to push through. If it hasn't been paid 24 hours before your booked time at the latest, your booking is automatically cancelled without refund. *The security deposit will be refunded as soon as it has been confirmed that the studio and building premises don’t have damages, missing items, and are left as found.
