The pièce de résistance of this high-rise studio will take your breath away: 250 square feet of contemporary minimalist, landscaped terrace space will open a world of creativity to capture with add-on choices of furniture and set pieces. The terrace is completely covered so rainy days are no problem - get those moody storm shots without the parka, and warm up afterward with a complementary latte or cappuccino. Your models and subjects will have exclusive access to our newly renovated private bathroom, complete with rain shower and fluffy towels at no extra fee. There is a beautiful dressing room/green room, room to relax, and some books for light reading while waiting to shoot. Our space also offers a refrigerator, freezer, blender, counter top use, and microwave. The Kitchen can be booked as for cooking shoots as well.
