This hidden gem was built in 1900 and is located in the heart of East Nashville. 1800 sq ft, 6 rooms, all with different looks with great natural light. Easy to accommodate commercial and film projects and will hold any crew comfortably. Our home offers everything you need to make a statement in your pieces with many eclectic touches to inspire you. As a set designer I have included as many different styled and sized props throughout the home and as many plants as I could fit too. Latest artists we hosted are Lainey Wilson, Gael Barnes Garcia, GVF, GQ, and Billboard Music. We also have a 1980's "Smoky & the Bandit" Pontiac Firebird car for rent as well as an add on. Art Direction, photography, set design and art direction can be provided. As well as catering & craft services.
