Our 1,620 sq. ft. industrial loft features high ceilings, concrete floors, and large windows that flood the space with natural light — ideal for photography, video shoots, content creation, styled shoots, workshops, and intimate gatherings. Iccon HQ is currently evolving into a curated “Brick + Water” inspired creative studio — a space where texture, vintage character, and intentional design meet. The layout is dynamic and refreshed often, making each booking feel unique and creatively inspiring. Because we operate as both a working studio and a vintage lifestyle shop, the space is shared. We sell vintage clothing, furniture, and curated décor pieces, so items seen in previous photos may be rotated, sold, or restyled between bookings. This keeps the environment fresh and visually elevated but also means flexibility is key. The studio is located on the 3rd floor of an industrial building and offers a calm, creative atmosphere for photographers, entrepreneurs, brands, and visionaries looking for a distinctive backdrop.
