Full fitted kitchen that even comes with the choice of an award winning private chef, who will make your breaks feel like heaven. Oh.. and there's a lovely green zen-alike garden that both function as the view from downstairs and a place to sit down and enjoy London's rare sunbeams and a cup of tea (of course). Perfect for Photo Shoots, Instagrammers, Film & Music Video, Chef, food and cooking videos. We have had everything from Celebrities, YouTubers, Artists, Models and Musicians, to Movie Crews, Live interviews, Reality Shows and Music Production. We have also had many lifestyle and animal photo sessions.

This is a private home, so it is being cleaned daily.Hand sanitisers are present and guest/clients are asked to take off their outdoor shoes. Slippers can be provided. Props and costumes including shoes are allowed, but e.g. no high heal dancing or similar potential damaging props/equipment. If those rules are respected, cleaning is included in the price. If not guest might experience extra charges. E.g. we have a guest room that is usually used for changing, make-up etc. and have previous found hair/make-up color on furnitures etc.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
