The home has an airy, light and enchanting feel and boasts a stunning modern design—all while maintaining the unique features of its original build. We require a COI before the shoot. * There is plentiful street parking on the block. * We do not offer tours. * The yard is accessible year-round, however, we only schedule cleanings and put out the outdoor furniture/decor in the non-rainy season (late May-late September.) * The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. * The house is equipped with A/C but we offer additional unites in upstairs bedrooms. * We have 3 outdoor water features, which are occasionally operational. * We manage the listing remotely and cannot guarantee a host will be on-site.
