Film and photo shoots work well in this space. This space is built by a filmmaker for use by people (like you) who make stuff. It's well suited for people who know how to shoot. My space includes two studio spaces, a common area that can act as a third studio (I call the bull pen) , a small craft service area, a bathroom w/shower, a slop sink, a production office space, and dedicated service elevator into the space large enough for carts. There is a proper loading dock into the building with two metal carts to assist in equipment loading. Currently there are several studio flats in studio A available for free use to any production in the space. Studio A - Studio A is 22 1/2 x40. The actual ceiling in studio A is about 14, the beams sit at 12. The fire suppression (likely not in the way is at 10). Studio B - Studio B is 14x30. Has 12 4x8 select sound 703 panels distributed on the walls and ceiling to help treat the space for sound. It is carpeted. The rafters are at 11 1/2. The ceiling is 12 1/2. The space can manage one shooting crew at a time of 25-30 (max). There is no natural light in the shooting spaces. Both studio spaces have many rig points above to assist for lighting and equipment hanging. Grip, lighting and camera packages are available on site. The space as 200 amps of electrical service delivered around the space via normal outlets. The space has heat and ac, with an easily accessible thermostat that can be turned on and off as needed. There is a full sized refrigerator, kuerig, folding tables, 14 chairs, multiple monitors, a z-rack, steamer and more. We have fits internet with 300 up/300 down. We can move to a gig up/gig down service (for a fee) with 1 hours notice. We can provide a hardline for internet via cat 6 as well. Someone representing the space will be onsite for all productions in the space.
